I would like to know a little something for the lute tab. Normally
the rhythm indication changes with each note value change. But, is it
possible to have the rhythmic values ​​above each note?

Yes, that's possible. Right-Click on the staff, then
"Staff Properties >> Advanced Style Properties >> Note Values".
On that tab select "Repeat: Always".
