How would I go about making this measure?
I'm trying to remake these sheets in musescore but am currently having a bit of trouble with this measure in particular. Any help would be appriciated, thanks!
P.S. there is also a copy of the original file I have of the sheets

Hello, I have one more question. Is it possible to make an arpeggio... arpeggiate over multiple insturments! I know I can pull the end of it up or down, but this dosen't affect the playback. For instance, I want to have every not in the chord in the first measure to play consecutively, Is there any way to accopmplish this in the playback?

Really the only way to make the arpeggio extend form one staff to the other is to put the notes from once staff into the other also, then hide them. You would then mark the notes in the other to to not play in the inspector, so you don't get both arpeggio play back and normal playback.
There is an additional issue with playback in your example. The arpeggio will only play notes in one voice on one staff. Since the notes in the treble staff are 16th and then notes in bass are whole notes, there is no way to make this play the way you want without using the piano roll editor.
I can't find the documentation on the piano roll editor and do not use it enough to explain what you would need to do if playback is worth the effort.

Using the piano roll editor for this is actually rather easy. Click on the measure in question, then right click and click "Pianoroll Editor...". Scroll over until you see your selected notes. From there, one note at a time, click the note that you want to adjust, change the "onTime" and "offTime" (which is when the note starts and stops based on the note's duration; they're all out of 1000 regardless of whether they're an eighth note or a whole note so you have to fiddle a bit) so that you get a proper arpeggio effect.
Warning: If at any instance while using the pianoroll editor you start seeing notes have onTimes and offTimes that make no sense (-2000 or 2000 all over the place), do not exit. Click back to your work, save, and exit. Simply exiting out of the pianoroll editor at that point will likely cause a crash, as will using it.
I think you could make the arpeggio scroll all the way down, then add arpeggio(s) on the lower staff(/staves) and make them invisible. I think.
See my previous comment for the problem with that.
Thanks For the help everybody, here is the final product. I couldn't sync it with the actual video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HllRJW6_R-o) though beacuse I don't have a pro account :(

You don't need a pro account to sync with a youtube video. Why do you think otherwise?

Yeah, you're right. pro account is only needed if I wanted a youtube video to be the defualt audio source (which I kind of did).
