Can't Make Score Public

I've been trying to upload my score online several times now, and each time I make sure that I haven't ticked the box to upload my score privately, however every single time i do this, my score is still uploaded as private. Even when I edit the already uploaded score, it still goes back to being private. Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong? I would be grateful for any fixes.
