Select the measure press delete.

musescore 3 on mac
ctrl+del is not working for me, nothing is happening when I mark measures so that they are surrounded by a blue frame and hit ctrl+del. Any ideas why that might be?
cmd+del doesn't work either

I saved the file, closed the application, opened it again and now it's working again.. very strange..

Thank you kindly. It's a bit confusing to start out on this program, but people like you are making sure I stick with it.
so first, select the bars you want to delete. furthermore, do ctrl+del (cmd+del if mac)
