Coda not working properly
I inserted a coda into my piece and not only does it go too early, but it also only the top part of the duet goes to the coda while the other part doesn't

You have confused MuseScore as much as you would humans. The order the items need to be put into the score are the segno, then To Coda, then D.S. al Coda then the Coda. You have placed the D.S. al Coda at the end of the Coda so it's amazing it does as well as it does. You also put the To Coda on the measure before the volta and moved it to inside the volta by changing it's offset. You have to select the measure where you want an item to apply and add it there. MuseScore does not pay attention to where you move it to. If you drag it a little you will see where the red anchor is. I don't know why the D.S. al Coda plays like you expect it to, it should never play the last measure because you did the same thing there as with the To Coda. The best I can figure is that MuseScore is very confused.

Codas and D.S.'s and other jumps display the red anchor line as attached to the beginning of its measure, even though the text itself shows at the measure's end.
(So it does look like they were dragged from the previous measure.)

I never noticed that before.
Welcome aboard...
Now that we see the score, you need to provide a step-by-step performance roadmap. In other words, describe what you want MuseScore (and human musicians) to do.
For example:
1. Play measures 1 through 17
2. At the (first volta) repeat, jump to measure 14 (the start repeat) and play through the second volta.
3. etc..???
Regards.
