Can't change beaming property
I have created some time signatures 7/16 and other, but I have found that I can't change beaming property.
Look please:
this is after sig. creation
this is my correction
but after I select another sig. in master palette and return to 7/16 I see default beaming
I also can't change beaming in the score.
What should I do to save beaming for new signature?

"What should I do to save beaming for new signature?"
You have to drag and drop this new signature into your score, and the new beaming will apply.
For reuse, you can put this new time signature in a palette, considering you must have a custom workspace to can edit your palettes. https://musescore.org/en/handbook/time-signatures#create-your-own-time-…

I don't see this here. The new beaming is still there. What steps are you using exactly?

You must change the beaming Before adding the new time signature.
So, begin to clear this 7/16 -> Change the beaming as your wish -> and then, click on "Add" (the new time sig appears in the middle column), and the beaming will apply.

Hard to tell what's going on just from a video - posting the actual score would help. But something seems wrong with your palette - notice there is nothing in the eighth note section. Maybe delete that time signature and try again.
I agree this interface is a bit confusing. Probably there should be a "new" button to help clarify things. Basically, though, changes you make n that dialog are normally assumed to be ones you trying to apply to a new time signature, not to edit properties in an existing one. So pressing "Add" to add the new time signature is indeed the last step in pretty much anything you do there.
