How to copy notes from voice 2 to voice 2 if voice 1 exists
Hello everyone
After transcribing voice 1 for a chunk of music, it dawned on me that the notes in the second half of the piece are very similar to the notes in the first half. So now I want to save myself some typing when transcribing voice 2. I'd like to copy the notes from voice 2 in the first half of the piece and paste them in the second half. However, the paste action doesn't work (and I guess it is either because voice 2 doesn't have dummy rests yet or because one can't paste voice 2 to a spot where voice 1 has notes).
In the attachment, Coventry_Carol.mscz , I'd like to copy voice 2 from measure 1 to 15 to measure 16 to 30. Is there an easy way to do that?
Thanks

With the selection filter: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/copy-and-paste#selection-filter
Select measures 1 to 15, deselect voice 1 (maybe voice 3 and 4 too), so that's only voice 2 is selected, copy and paste.

Sorry for the confusing order in my post before. First select the measures (for example select measure 1 and use ctrl+shift+arrow right to extend the selection; or the select the first measure, the via shift key measure 15).
Open the selection filter (F6), deactivate the hook before voice 1, so only voice to is selected, copy it, select mesure 16, paste it.
