how to delete grey plus (+)
As seen in the screenshot I have found a grey + sign in my partiture.
What does it mean and how do I delete this hidden bar?

It means that the measure has more notes than the time signature allows
If you don't want to see them, you can hide them by clicking menu View -> Show -> Mark irregular measures.
