Which trumpet mutes are most used?
I'm making a soundfont and I have soundfonts several types of mutes. I don't want to put all them in, so which two kinds of mutes are used the most?

An orchestral soundfont aimed for late nineteenth century to modern classical.

For trumpets:, I think the most common are the hard (or "straight"), and "cup" mutes.
For horns: the "stopped", and "con sordino" mutes. The latter is a hard mute.
For trombones: the hard (or "straight") and "cup" mutes.

Harmon is extremely common in jazz (probably #1, followed by cup), probably not so much in classical, where straight is as far as I know most common.
I think Harmon mutes don't sound like something all too useful in an orchestra. I think cup and strait are probably the best for orchestra.
