How to Glissando starting from left hand then right hand?
I tried highlighting both right and left hand, it didn't sound right.

I guess you mean treble and bass staff for piano, right?
Maybe #38501: glissando don't work with cross staff notation

I understand that it's fixed. But how do I play the chords from bottom to top?

No, the issue I listed above is not fixed

Wait, wut.....
How about this? I want the thick lines to be shorter. But don't know how to.

Nothing to do with glissando. And without seening the actual score we can't help here, like you have moved the notes by changing the note offset, rather than changing the cord offset

Ah... I arranged really far ahead already... But, you get the point. I want the tie to look like that (3.2 image).

Why? Those ties end mid-air. But you can certainly edit the ties to look that way

I tried, but the problem is the distance between the notes/chords.
That's why I wanted to distance the notes but not being able to change the length of the line.

Use chord offset then, not note offset

I'm not quite sure what you are saying. The first picture appears to the default output of MuseScore and appears perfectly correct. The second appears to have been hacked up somehow - or maybe it is coming from another program entirely? The spacing of the notes in the circle passage (and other similar places) is actually inferior by traditional engraving standards. But if you for whatever reason trying to achieve that look, instead of moving notes around, try upping the "Minimum tie length" in Style / General / Slurs/Ties.
