No files save at all

Hi, I'm having extreme difficulty saving my files, since no matter what I do absolutely nothing will save. When I make adjustments to the music and click save, it says "Open Temp File", "no error". When I try to save as, any folder I try to save it to will tell me "File not found" and to "check the file name and try again." I've tried creating new scores and testing the saving function for them and it's the exact same thing. I've also done a full factory reset and that did nothing. Please help, I don't care where the file saves, I just need it to save in the first place.
