File Format
I am using Presonus Studio 3 Artist Version. When I save a song it saves to .song file format. This is not compatible with Musescore. Can you help me on this?

I export my music files to Microsoft One Drive to save them. I noticed when I went to Save/Export a song to the One Drive there was a midi option in the file type. When I clicked on this a message came up saying it might not save all the file, that some of it may get lost. What is your feedback on this? By the way, I am exporting Audio files only. Is that OK to save/export as a MIDI file?

As long as you saved the MuseScore score saving as to any other format will not affect your score only the new output file.

The issue I am having is this. I don't even have a score yet. The format that my songs(that I want to create the score for)are saved by my DAW(Presonus Studio One 3) is a .song file. When I want to export this song file to Musescore, Musescore doesn't recognize the file. So how do I convert the .song file to some other file that Musescore recognizes?

Indeed, exporting to MIDi is fine - but be sure to save your score also. A MIDI file is not your score, any more than a picture of your car is your car. Enjoy the MIDI file for whatever purpose you might have in mind, just as you might enjoy a picture of your car, but when it is time to actually do anything with the score - or with your car - you will still need the real thing :-)

Thanks. But I already know this. My question is HOW do I convert the .song file to the .wav file?

You do this by exporting to a .wav file from Presonus (which is different from saving).
But you won't be able to import audio data into MuseScore - which is purely a notation program.
MuseScore can import midi files but Presonus will only export midi tracks to midi files - not audio tracks.
