converting to pdf
I tried to convert a song from mscz to pdf, when I did (the song was It's your thing the part was for a bari sax) the title when to a different song (Sweet Soul Music) and I lost the music (written part for bari). Now the title is on the bari part for Sweet Soul Music. How can I change it back?

You export a score to PDF via File/Export, this would not change the title of any score
Indeed, there is no way exporting a score as PDF changed anything about that score or any other score. Something else must be going on. Can you try to remember more about what you did?

Yes, I had another file (score) opened at the time (Sweet Soul Music) and when I wanted to export (It's You Thing) the file to change to pdf the title changed on Sweet Soul Music to It's Your Thing but had the arrangement for Sweet Soul Music now I can't find the arrangement for It's Your Thing, is there no refresh button or back button?

As I said, there is absolutely no possible way that exporting a score to PDF changed that or any other score in any way whatsoever. Something else must have happened. So in order for us to assist you better, it would help if you could remember what else you did recently, other than export a score to PDF.
My guess is that at some point, in addition to exporting to PDF, you also did a "Save As" of the score "Sweet Soul Music", and accidentally gave it the same name as "It's You Things (for instance, maybe you clicked on "It's Your Thing" in the Save As dialog". If you did that, MuseScore would have stopped to warn you and ask if you were sure you wanted to overwrite the file. But if you didn't realize what you had done wrong, you might have ignored the warning and overwritten the file.
If that is so - and right now it seems the most likely possibility - then there is nothing MuseScore can do about it. Once a file is written, it is out of MuseScore's hands. However, most operating systems provide a way of restoring older versions of files. For instance, Windows has OneDrive that can be used for this purpose.
Again, if you can remember more details about what happened other than the export to PDF, we can assist better. But as it is, the best I can do is suggest you try to recover an older version of the score via OneDrive

I would guess you did not use export but rather save and changed the name. I suggest you look for the backup that was created when you opened the file. See: https://musescore.org/en/node/52116
Exporting a file will not change the name of the .mscz file.
