MuseScore Connect?
By default, only the Palette, Navigator and MuseScore Connect should be selected, and the latter two are not included in the Tab order
In the accessibility section of the handbook, the above sentence appears 2 paragraphs before https://musescore.org/en/handbook/accessibility#scorewindow.
What is MuseScore Connect? Is this an old name for the Start Center?

@Shoichi, that was in version 1.1. The manual is for version 2.0. I only used version 1 a short time and don't remember this.
So the question that pertains to the handbook is, Does something else open in MuseScore the first time it is run besides the Navigator and Start Center that needs to be addressed in the handbook in the accessibility section. The Start Center is already addressed in the handbook and might possibly be referenced in this paragraph to remind a blind user that they will need to close it and remove it from preferences so it does not show up every time they open MuseScore. I want the information for the visuallly impaired to be accurate, since they have less ability to understand what it being displayed on the screen.

The function was removed a couple of years ago and replaced by Start Center. The accessible handbook has probably not been updated.

I want to update the handbook, I just want to make sure it's correct. I'm working on the Spanish translation and would like both to be done when I finish this page in the Spanish book.

Actually the accessibility section is already almost entirely new for 2.0, as most of what is described was not possible in 1.3. In particular, the sentence you refer is about tab order for keybaord traversal of toolbars etc, and that was not possible in 1.3. Most likely, that text was written during the 2.0 beta period before some things were settled, and I'm thinking maybe the decision to replaced Connect by the Start Center hadn't been made yet, or the naming wasn't final. or if was just a slip of the fingers. Anyhow, you should pretty much be able to trust what's in there as valid for 2.0. If you find others things that aren't, definitely let us know, or just go in and fix them!

@Marc, the only thing I'm concerned about is the non-existent (at least as of version 2.1) MuseScore Connect. I didn't even mention any navigation issues. If you're referring to the link I provided, it was simply easier for others if I say the sentence is 2 paragraphs above the hyperlink rather than several paragraphs below another hyperlink. FYI, as far as shortcuts are concerned, I'm testing all of them in case there is a language specific change such a Alt-A rather than Alt-F for the file menu.

No worries, I figured out how to find the sentence from your description just fine :-). Anyhow, to be clear, I was saying the sentence is accurate once you remove the reference to the obsolete MuseScore Connec. But actually, I'm wrong - it's also incorrect to say Navigator is selected by default, and the Inspector is enabled by default. So curiously that particular paragraph does seem very out of date. Kind of surprising because as I mentioned, this document dates from the beta period and I thought these things were already settled, but maybe there was copy and paste of some content from an older document. I know I was involved with this and it looks like I added the text in question, although I have no memory of it :-)
Good call on the menu mnemonics. Most likely they are language-specific.

I don't believe you have, or at least use, translator privileges, but the translator can make the hot key anything he likes. This makes sense since words like Archivos do not have an F and users of other languages are used to typing other letters to access the main menu.
I will rewrite that paragraph mentioning the inspector and eliminate the navigator and MuseScore Connect so the user can do with it as he likes.
