Capo facility of guitar in Musescore
I just started to use musescore few days ago, but I can't still find a 'capo' system in guitar+tablature. Can anyone help me what to do with this?

You can achieve this with a workaround. See: https://musescore.org/en/node/268639
NB: Alternatively, but only for the two first frets (ie Capo1, and Capo 2), you can follow a different way, ie:
Select all the score (Ctrl + A) -> hit "Notes" tab, at the bottom of the Inspector panel -> Change the value of "Tuning". The 100,00 value corresponds to a semitone (= one fret/Capo1) ; the 200,00 value to a tone (= two frets/Capo2)

The workaround that you reference certainly does the job nicely so maybe a UI mod for guitarists could have a capo option that simply automated this workaround.

I agree. You can submit an official feature request in the Issue Tracker: https://musescore.org/en/node/add/project_issue?pid=1236
