Can't copy Segment Leading/Trailing space
Why does the program reset the Segment Leading/Trailing space when copying?
Because of this, it's impossible to obtain an exact copy of the measure!
Сan you at least make a parameter in the settings "Copy/Don't copy Segment space"?
Is it so difficult to programmatically copy the finished parameters?
Best of all, it would be necessary to make adjustment of the Segment space with the mouse, as in Sibelius, using the inspector as needed.
P.S. How do I remove a 10.0sp space constraint? I do not need it.

The leading and trailing space settings apply to a system even though you apply it by the note. The exact settings don't normally make sense outside of the current context. As for a the 10 sp constraint, it's the arbitrary number chosen to be the limit because the programmers decided it was a reasonable limit.
If you attach your score and explain what your goal is, there may be a way to accomplish what you want that is easier than what you are currently doing.

What, it's so hard to add the user the opportunity to choose what he wants?

What is so hard, is that one of the lead developers isn't a fan of options. And even if he agrees to add the option, you would have to wait for the next release to get that feature. Whereas if you just did what Mike asked and explained why you want to do what you want to do, you would probably have been helped already. ;-)

The difference about your goals is that I have seen many people post problems here that MuseScore does not allow them to do what they want how they want only to learn from someone in these forums that it IS possible to do what they want but not using the method they are trying. I may or may not be the person with the knowledge to help you do what you want, but if you post your score and tell us what you are trying to do, then there may be someone able to tell you how to accomplish it. If you don't, then you will only wish you were using a program that costs a lot of money.
The choice is yours. I'm offering the help of a lot of people who know how to use this program very well.
As Mike points out, segment options are not attached to individual notes, so it generally won't make sense to copy them along with the notes. And the spacing of notes on one staff are affected by the notes on other staves, also on the rest of the contents of the current system, so even if we did artificially pretend the segment settings applied to those notes only, it likely would not yield the same result visually.
As mentioned, it would be best if you attached your score and described more about what you are trying to accomplish. Chance are excellent there is a simpler and more directly supported way of achieving the desired result. Eg, if the goal is an exactly pixel-for-pixel copy, the Image Capture tool could be the way to go.
