Record video
This shoud be pretty easy. No compression. Just mjpeg. I could use an app like Avidmux to convert that mjpeg to mp4 or whatever.
Before you ask:
Yes, to share my music with friends I WILL ask them to install Muse.
The reason I want to save video is to put it into my cell phone, so I can practise playing the bass line while playing back the video.
I have VLC media player, but I never used it to capture video, and I could not figure it out. I also tried to record video using my phone, shooting my computer screen; but that gives me crappy graphics AND crappy sound; AND when I try to edit the video, visuals and sound go out of synch.
This is a feature probably everybody would like to have.
I'm loving this app, by the way; been a few days, and I'm totally immersed in it 24 hours...

I went and downloaded, then I updated ClamWin and proceeded to scan the file before installing it. Lo and behold; there's a trojan in it.

Consider saving your score online on the musescore.com sharing platform (privately if it otherwise would violate copyright).
Then using the android/iOS player app you can get a lot more out of your score for practice (change tempo/transposition)

Ah, I know nothing about it yet, but I'll check it out. Thanks.

I can't figure out that website. Completely lost there. You need to read a manual to navigate it. There's items on the left panel. I clicked on Collecting and Sharing scores, expecting it would lead to a page with discussions and info links about it... No, it just puts a minus sign between parenthesis in front of the link. If I click again, the minus sign goes away. WTF?!
No links for help of any kind. I searched for Jamiroquai and found some great transcriptions, which is good. But I have no idea what to do at that website. Where do I go to post my composition?

Never mind, I saw the button Upload and uploaded.
I thought I had to join a group or something to do that.
Here's my current score:
