Ahora me faltaría incorporar una doblar barra, en la flecha 3,
y además :
Insertar 14 compases de espera, en la flecha 1.
Insertar 4 compases de espera, en la flecha 2.
Insertar 1 compases de espera, en la flecha 4.

For future reference, it is best to post in English when asking questions here on the English forum.
To insert measures, see Add / Measures.
To make them display as multimeasure rests rather than individual measures, see Style / General, or use the shortcut "M". But note, this isn't normally necessary as it happens automatically when you generate parts from your score. You only need to do this manually if you are entering music for a single part only without the rest of the score.
