You can keep changing the tempo.
Look for into the left panel the palette called "Tempo".
You have to select a bar (at any place into your piece), first. Then, you double click into the rhythm figure you're using as tempo clock (if you are in 4/4, then it is the quarter note).
You can change the number of the symbol (quarter note = 80), you can change the default "80" number with any other you need.

An extra data:
If the bar where you want to put the tempo change has more than one note, then it is better to select only the first note of that bar to put the new tempo mark (if not, you will get more than one tempo marks).
