slowness
At the end of December I upgraded from MuseScore-2 to MuseScore-3. Immediately I found that everuthing slowed down considerably. Why is that and how do I fix it?

This shouldn't be, but feel free to attach a score you are having trouble with and give us steps to reproduce the problem.

I have started another score and the problems seems to have disappeared. Thank you for your prompt reply. How to I transfer the scores I did in MuseScore-2 to MuseScore-3. I have uninstalled 2.

Indeed, nothing special, just open it. They are in different folders by default, so you may have to navigate tot he correct location first (MuseScore2/Scores vs MuseScore3/Scores).
BTW, I'd recommend keeping MuseScore 2 around just because there are significant layout changes and certain older scores that you had manually adjusted to look good in MuseScore 2 might no longer look as good in MuseScore 3 without re-adjustment.
