Wrong instrument sound.
I have inserted a guiro into my piece and the concert snare drum, but they both make the sound of a guiro. How can I fix that? I'm working with Musescore 3 by the way.

How did you add those notes? Maybe you tried copying them from some other instrument? That won't work - you'll get the sound of the instrument you copied from indeed. You need to enter the notes directly. But, if you've already copied notes from elsewhere, no worries, just select them and hit the "up" or "down" key, which which will change their pitch to the next available note.
