Running Windows 10 64-bit
1. Click on "Check for upgrades"
2. Upgrade downloads. Select "Install upgrade"
3. Message appears that "This installation package could not be opened."

I have the same issue. When I download the installer from MuseScore or the official download page, it has the correct name (MuseScore-3.0.2.msi) but the file is 0 bytes. Opening the installer in something like Notepad or a hex editor shows that it's completely empty and there is nothing to install. I disabled my antivirus and the same thing happens. This is not a problem with 3.0.0 or 3.0.1 for Windows 64-bit.

I think there may be something wrong with the installer because it's 0 bytes. All other downloads work fine, including Windows 32-bit

EDIT: Wow, that is so odd. I just kept re-downloading it and the 10th download was normal, 95.75 MB. It works now.
