Ah
This is because мultimeasure rest at start.
I guess this is a bug.
Can you attach your score? There were some fixes having to do with keys and multimeasure rests that will be released as part of 3.0.5 soon, I couldn't reproduce a problem when I just tried, but it could be something unique to your score. I can see something "off" in your score because the first key signature is not displayed correctly - too close to the time signature. This tells me something is already wrong even before the save, but I can't tell what. Did you try deleting that and adding it back?

There are a few strange things going on in this score. First, I see there is an invisible percussion staff, the spacing is very messed up. That's not strange in itself, but it looks like you've applied all sorts of leading space adjustments. I assume this was to fix the spacing because the invisible staff is affecting it, but this is really destroying the layout. So I recommend resetting all those manual adjustments - the spacing as it is, while not perfect, is far better than what the manual adjustments are creating. The bug where invisible staves affect spacing will be fixed in a coming update.
Meanwhile, when I turn off multimeasure rests, I see there is also an extra clef in the first measure - did you place that there, or was it maybe created accidentally as a result of a previous bug? There were some in earlier versions that could result in this. Remove that too.
If you do that, then turn the rests back on, the problem is fixed. So, I think it had as much to do with the erroneous clef as the multimeasure rests.
If you can figure out a way to recreate a problem like this, we definitely want to know, but as it is, I'd just apply those fixes and move on.

Well, yes, I as I said, the problems seem already present in this particular score, you need to fix the score. Once you do that, it should be good. If you figure out a way to recreate this problem from scratch, that's what we would need to know.
