Hiding the header in the middle of a score?
In my score, it's broken up into movements and on the pages with the title for the 2nd and 3rd movements I want to hide the header like on the first page. Is this possible?

What header?

"What header?"
The Header, as set up in Header and Footer: typically this will contain the workTitle or "composer - workTitle".
When I start a new movement on a new page, the movement number (and perhaps tempo) will appear in a vertical frame above the first system. And that is when I want to suppress the Header, for that page only.

It would be good to have some feedback from more users. For me, the checkbox option would ideally be:
"Suppress header if new section starts on a new page".
Sometimes (e.g. with string quartet) the new section might start halfway down a page - and then it makes no sense to suppress the header at the section change.

Maybe a “hide header With section breaks when it starts a new page.” The wording is a bit lengthy but that feature would be useful

Since it will be an independent option, I suggest that the option be "Show header/footer on first page of section" with the default that it be checked. I don't think it should be any more complicated than that. The result would be that if there is a frame or measure immediately after the section break, the headers and footers on that page will be show unless the check is removed.

Footer and header would be separate right. I would want to leave the footer

"Footer and header would be separate"
I agree. There is not the same reason for suppressing the footer, so header and footer should be controlled separately.

Agreed. I didn't want to write it twice but didn't make that clear.
