Accidentals on ornaments playback

I am aware of the "create a silent note in another voice" workaround, but wouldn't it be much more convenient to have the ornament symbol with an accidental already there? Besides, the workaround wouldn't, well, work for staffs that already have four voices (though I admit that is very rare).
