Glissando line across system is messed up when musescore extend staff distances due to auto placement

When the auto-placement function cause staff distance to extend, it changes the direction of glissando line slightly. If the total extension is large, the line even changes direction. For example, a downward gliss might have an ascending line (See the attached file).
