staff lines disappear on image capture

hi please see attached files.

when i attempt image capture from this musescore file the resulting png file is missing left hand staff lines.

what is happening and how can i fix this??????????????????????????????????????

it works fine on other files!

You have your staff lines on the second staff marked as invisible. You can see them in a lighter color on your score because you have show invisible turned on.
