I have reproduced this error in one of my scores (see attached).
When in continuous view, playback after a cut (// marking) in the score, playback will start 1-8 bars ahead of where it should be.

Link to the MSCZ in the video description. The issue starts after the cut in bar 49.
The playback also jumps in a similar way when saving the file during playback after the cut.
Changing to page view seems to work as a workaround.

I have no cæsuræ in my piece but it behaves the same way. Perhaps it is the fermate.

Now that you mention it, I have never noticed behaviour in page view.
