Pause hiding does not work
I want to hide pauses in my sheetmusic, what do I do in this situation? Do I do something wrong?

That has nothing to do with rests (pauses). I suspect you put notes into voice 2,3 or 4 rather than voice 1 and you have the voice 1 rests. Exchange the voice you entered notes into with voice 1 and delete the rests from the other voice. If this doesn't help, attach your score (and not a picture of it) so someone can help you.

Thanks, but it didn't help. Actually the case is that I only want to gain chords above and an empty staff, with no notes and rests.

Voice 1 rests can't be deleted, but you can make them invisible:
Ctrl-A, then V
Enter chords using https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/chord-symbols
