Create something like this and the acciaccatura sounds like appoggiatura. (when "Play" for the glissando is disabled, the acciaccatura sounds normal again)
In the score, look for the violins in measure 100 in score (or measure 76 in playback, because the score doesn't start from measure 1).

I already got 3.0.5 covered with 3.1.0.6437 (the second last 3.1-beta) so I don't know... I discovered the problem in 3.1.0.6721 so I changed the reported version to 3.x-dev.
OK, not a regression vs. 3.0.5
But a regression vs. 2.3.2

In 3.1-beta there is no glissando but still the acciaccatura sounds wrong?!
no difference between 3.0.5 and 3.1 Beta as far as I can tell.
