How To Insert A Measure To The Row Below?
For example I want 4 measures in a row then go to the next row and insert a measure.
How to do that?

When I select the staff and Insert row It inserts measure next to it NOT below it.

I put Line Break on the last measure in the row. (Line Break sign appears.)
Then choose the last measure and Insert One Measure. It inserts measure next to it.

After Line Break I click "Append One Measure" rather than "Insert One Measure"
and It works.

Well, append always apends to the end, after the last measure. If you wany to append a measure mid score, you really need to insert to the measure after the one you want a measure appended to.
Insert measure: in front of current measure
Apend measure: append to the end of the score
