Connecting notes upper and lower bar
Is there any way to connect notes in the upper and lower bar of a piano piece, such as in the picture?

From the palette add a Staff spacer fixed down;
Double click the stem and drag.

That doesn't really work. If you move on, they are automatically seperated again

In what way? Did you try the attachment above with the fixed spacer? It works fine for me. What are you doing exactly that causes them to separate?

Sorry, my mistake. I missed the fixed spacer. But how do you add that?

In the breaks and spacers palette is a line that resembles a capital i, with no arrows. This is the fixed spacer. Drag it to the top staff and it will fix the space below. You can select it and adjust it's height in the inspector if needed.
