now, how do I create page two with the same format?

Append more measures to the end of your score:

Use a page break (if necessary) to start the next page:
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/breaks-and-spacers
Enter notes into those newly appended measures.

I see the page break
it doesn't seem to work with drag and drop
how do I execute it?

Drag and drop onto the last measure on the page (the measure will turn red when selected). There must be measures after the page break to see another page. Use ctrl+b to append 1 measure to the score or alt+shift+b to add more than 1.
