Include option to disable the Start Centre in that very dialogue

I would suggest adding an option to disable Start Centre in the Start Centre itself, as is commonly used in other software (something along the lines '[ ] click here to not show this dialogue next time'). Currently the only way of disabling the Start Centre is through the options menu.

I've created a PR for this. The text for the checkbox currently reads: "Show this window when MuseScore launches" but there might be other alternatives that people prefer. This wording is based on what Xcode shows in its equivalent of the Start Centre.

Any other thoughts on wording. Some options so far:

  • Show this window when MuseScore launches - what's currently in the PR
  • Show Start Centre when MuseScore starts - suggested by Issac W on GitHub - my only reservation is that having "start" twice doesn't seem quite right, even if I think "starts" is better than launches
  • Show Start Centre when MuseScore launches
  • Show Start Centre when opening MuseScore - this based on some wording used in Microsoft Word

At the moment I'm favouring the last one which takes up Isaac's comment but avoids two "starts". (And, of course, this whole discussion is anglo-centric, I know!)
