Right click the time signature, select Time signature properties and change the displayed time signature to 34/44. This will look similar to what you are asking, but you will have to adjust each measure independently.

Thanks! I solved it in another way before I read your answer (your solution is quicker).
I solved as pic shows. Made some stuff invisible, and moved the things together.

That works great if you don't mind extra beats at the start of the song.
