Workspace not centered
My workspace is not centered on the screen unless I move it manually. The palette is on the left and part of the workspace is behind the palette. I can move it to the center, but whenever the view changes, for instance when I finish a page and it automatically moves to the top of the next page, the workspace goes partially behind the palette again. Is there some setting I don't know about that will allow me to correct this?

Try double clicking on the title bar of the workspace to dock it.

That didn't work, Mike. Thanks for trying!

If you're on Mac then I believe the issue is fixed for the next release.

No Mac. PC lover. I'm talking about MuseScore 2, also. Probably should have included that in my question. Sorry! I have 3 but am still learning how to use it, so I don't use it for anything important so far. I just checked and in 3 the workspace does NOT move behind the palette. So I guess I'm going to work a lot harder to learn 3 in the next few days. Thanks for your help.

Same applies, though - you need to redock your palette. Try just dragging it to the docking area.

Should also work to redock if you close MuseScore then restart it then redock the palette.

How do you redock the palette in MuseScore 2?

I have tried dragging the palette to the left side of the workspace. It's worked in the past, as I remember, but doesn't work now.

I take that back. I tried again to drag the palette and moved it almost off the screen to the left. It jumped back and snapped into place. I tried typing a note at the end of the page and the next page snapped into place, centered correctly! Thanks for helping me!
