Tune individual instruments
Is there any way to change the tuning of an instrument individually and not to all the instruments?
I dont have luck with microtonal plugins playbacks.

You don't say what problem you are having with the plugins or what specifically you want to change about the tuning, but there are overrides for tuning for each note in the Inspector.

I want to tune two pianos individually at a quarter-tone distance

Easiest way to do that is select everything on the staves you want detuned, hit the "Notes" button in the Inspector, then use the Tuning setting in the Inspector.
