Hello. I want to reply you.
Hi.
I asked them on Facebook and asked them to ask in the forum and leave it here.
Am I write here, right?
Last week I joined musescore.
It was written that for a week you could download sheet music for free.
Site asked me the card number.
I wrote it down.
But yesterday a cell phone message came to me.
It's from bank, a message with the words 'insufficient cash' at musesocre.
I contact you because I do not know what happened.
Thank you.
Is it possible to reply by e-mail here?

It's also possible to answer in the forum.
Where did you put in your credit card details? On musescore.com?

yes. when i download, site asked me credit card details.
Wrong site, this here is musescore.org, and completly free. Over at musescore.com you may have to pay for a Pro account, so go and ask there

musescore.org didn't not ask you for credit card details. musescore.com might have though, either for a Pro account (to be able to share more than 5 scores, download scrores from others) or for the Pro version of the mobile app (for Android/iOS)

The .com site is also free. However you may subscribe to a musescore.com pro account.
Do you have a screenshot or a link of the site respectively the form where you entered your debit card details?

Well... there is a free part on musescore.com (like sharing up to 5 scores, and see and listen to scores from others).
