Open it while running MuseScore in a debugger (I gathered that you're having a build env set up)

Now I click on almost every .mscz file while MuseScore is not running makes MuseScore crash before starting... Open it inside doesn't...

That might mean that this issue is fixed in the development builds but not in 3.2.3?
Well, I can open that score in 3.2.3 too, no crash

I've been using 3.2.3 all the time but this only happens today...
This just happens from time to time... once a score crashes opening it again doesn't crash :P
Using MuseScore 3.3 Release Candidate. The score loaded okay. I edited some notes of the score and tried to save it, but it crashed.
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.3.0.8479, revision: d3bff12

Well, my problem was on startup (turned out to be an access violation which didn't concern the score), it was already fixed in 3.3 RC. Thanks for your testing!
Could you please tell me how to reproduce your crash? Maybe I can look into it. And can the crash be reproduced every time you do the same operation?

No, sorry. It crashed the first time I downloaded and edited the score. I tried downloading and editing and saving but it did not crash. I'm afraid this is an intermittent problem of some kind.

No. It started fine but crashed upon saving.

If you mean me, then the score is the one referenced at the top of this page (1 Promenade (I).mscz). And it happened only once. When it crashed I clicked the button to send in the crash report, so there should be some kind of record of it.

Oh, I though you had the issue too, and with a different score
I couldn't get it to crash
