Thanks you ... I do not see the "I" mentioned in link. (between staves)
I only see top and bottom arrows.
May not be available in ver 2.3.2 ?

Correct, the fixed one is new in 3.x.
All the others still work though, so feel free to use staff spacer down instead: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/breaks-and-spacers

in 2.3.2 it doesn't exist. Use the first (down arrow) put it in the upper stave, and drag it after double click on the "head" of it , for editing
