Mini directional stave above the main stave.
Is there any way to add a mini stave above the main stave to signify how to play a turn?
Like this;

Those are both pretty old articles The image capture method is still good for occasional use, but if you're doing this much, you would instead want to use the "Cutaway" option in conjunction with "Hide when empty: Always" in staff properties.

Yeah, I used the image capture method and got this result, good enough for digitising old grade pieces.
