How to delete note and shift all deleted notes on the right back.
When I add or delete notes in Musescore 3 they are replaced by breakes, so the length of the track stays always the same.
How can I add or delete notes or breaks and the rest of the track shifts by the deleted value to the left?
And maybe recalculate all slurs which bind over the bars.
My purpose is:
I opened a Midi-file which has a shift of 1 quarter break too much in the first tact.
So each tact behind has its 1st quarter on the place of the 2nd quarter.
Thanks for all help.

Now I found what I need:
- Delete the whole break or note with CTRL+DEL ! (located in Menu: tools)
- Regordering the notes over bar lines with: save as MIDI-file, and load the saved MIDI again. (If there is a menu option who does the same, it would be nice to know.)

The Cut-and-Paste option you were given above is less error-prone and about an equal amount of work..
