Ah, I have that too and even in 3.3 (but never used it, I use the menu instead)
I guess it is missing for the OP because of having installed the MDL extension, which has the bad habit of hiding certain menu and tolbar elements

Hmm, I've just installed the MDL extension to check:
It does have that could icon (but is lacking the folder "open", diskette "save" and printer "print" icons), so MDL is not the cuplrit here (but still for other icons)

So I don't see how and why that cloud icon gone missing for you, did you create yourself a custom workspace?

It's a bit uncomfortable to have Save Online stuck between Save and Print. New-Open-Save-Print is a structure used by most applications. Although Save Online has that "Save" word, it is still different than actually saving something, it's just another saying for uploading. So I prefer putting the icon after Print. What do you think?
