How do you write in Barbershop style?
I've been thinking a lot about writing my own piece or covering/converting another piece in a barbershop style. But the thing is, I really don't know how to start, structure the overall piece and all of the 4 part harmonies. If you guys can help me via tips or links to any barbershop music, that is much appreciated

Or (I have to ask) are you asking about the textural and harmonic idioms which characterize this style (something I recognize, but in which I am not expert (I wear long hair : ) ).
Barbershop writing is a fascinating topic, there are some very specific rules to follow in order to officially qualify as barbershop. And yes, there are actual standards bodies (eg, BHS and SAI) deciding what is "official". !!! I guess Bach and Fux were unaware of these terms for dissonant gestures in parallel tenths; but based on all evidence, both had long hair (or at least wore wigs to foster that impression). That's quite a page, thanks!
