Deleting a stave
I started out trying to write a piano score, but now realise I just need the treble line and chords. How can I delete the bass stave without losing the remainder?

Go to Edit → Instruments
In the right part of the window, highlight the staff2
In the middle part of the window, choose remove/delete

How can I delete a stave in partticular measures only? For example, there are parts in the piece that have no staff for bass, and there are parts which have.

Not delete, but hide, by using "Hide empty staves"
