Blocks of notes for insert

I wonder if there is an export/insert feature to save and then insert small passages of notes as blocks, for instance notes of chords? If not, what would be a workflow to accomplish this?

(Block feature is common for instance in CAD programs to lessen repeated work.)

You can save what you want, the whole score, only a stave, only a selection of a part of 1 or severals staves

I'm not sure I understand, are you talking about copy and paste? Enter the "block" you want somewhere once, then copy and paste it to wherever else you want, Feel free to create a separate score that is nothing but a collection of such blocks for pasting.

Ok, that separate score idea is good, have to try it. Blocks I've seen are usually stored on HD and after used once locate in program memory.
