Shifting Whole Lines of Music and Text (Solved)

I have a half note at the end of one measure, but want it to be a quarter note with the whole rest of the music and text to shift so that the current beginning of each measure is now the last note of the previous measure. Is there an easy way to do it, or do I need to re-write it all. Similarly, if I wanted to add a beat to a note but not replace what's after it, just shift it all.
