How can I remove vibrato?
I have come across numerous posts with this same question but none of the responses have helped me. I've read that musescore does not "hard code" vibrato into soundfonts, and I'm assuming that's a good thing. So if that's the case, then it must be easy to disable it without installing anything. So I ask, how can I disable it? I really do not like it. Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. In that case, what is a sound font that has no vibrato?
If the instrument was played with vibrato technique while the related sample-set in the soundfont was being recorded, there is no way to eliminate it.
The trouble of course is that a soundfont contains an audio-clip. Sometimes the same soundfont contains more than one alternative – pizacatto strings, for example – but if so that's your only available option.
