The metronome default seems 1+4, or tic, toc, toc, toc, toc and is not changebale as far as I know.
If you're talking about the beaming, which indeed is 3+2, yes, that can get changed for the time signature properties, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/time-signatures#change-default-beaming

I was talking only about metronome accents.
In 5x8 I can listen TIC, toc, toc, TAC, toc :)
TIC is obvious, play other instrument but TAC is a very subtle accent

Hmm, I haven't heard any sich accent. But if it were there and were configurable, it would be according to the beaming I guess

Jojo-Schmitz, the accent is not following the beaming.
In a complete rest measure is 3+2. I also did the beaming with rests and the accent is always the same 3+2.

It is not dependant of the actual beaming not with the actuall content of a measure, but the default beaming for that time signature.
Or rather it should (I don't hear it changing with that anymore).

I did, and is not changing.
Maybe I should made a drum line and write the metronome manually.
It exists some metronome sample .mscz file similar to the default sound?

Indeed, not changing, might be a bg, not sure.
Those metronome sounds are not part of the soundfont, but hard coded into MuseScore. But you could use Woodblocks for this

This is a different behavior. But should be interesting to control the metronome for us.
