other instrument sounds
I have a little ballad in piano score and I wondered how to get another instrument sounding at the same time as the piano. mixing it. I tried mixer but only one instrument played. I'd like a little noise of a band. Tried that too but only one instrument sounded. cheers

MuseScore plays what is written, so you can add (an)other instrument(s) and hide them.
Have a listen:
Little_Ballad.mscz
Use menu item: Edit -> Instruments... to see the other instruments that sound. You can mark them 'Visible' and they will appear in the score.

thanks for trying. It may show the instruments but I want them to play together. Maybe I need a concert score to adapt.

I'm trying to make it more instrumental with a regular piano and the sound of guitar or ukulele
And sounding like there are these instruments
I think the guitar used ought to be the bass.

By "play together", do you mean play in unison? That is, the different instruments play the same notes?
